OrdersAll are subject to availability. Many of our pieces are made in limited quantities or are made to order.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review it carefully and contact us within 24 hours for any corrections.

Custom or made-to-measure orders may take additional time. Timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

2. Payment

 

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and bank transfers (for select regions).
Full payment is required at checkout to begin processing your order.
Prices are listed in your local currency (or USD where applicable) and may include taxes depending on your location.

3. Shipping

 

We ship internationally via trusted courier partners such as DHL and FedEx.

Delivery times vary by destination:
Standard Orders: 7–10 business days
Custom Orders: 2–4 weeks
You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Ambaries is not responsible for customs duties or import taxes; these are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the bespoke and delicate nature of our garments, we do not offer refunds.
We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items returned within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom, made-to-order, or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Sizing & Customization

 

A detailed size guide is provided with each product. If you are unsure, we encourage contacting us before placing your order.
Custom sizing or alterations are available upon request. Additional charges and timelines may apply.

6. Care Instructions

 

All Ambaries kaftans are crafted from luxurious fabrics and should be treated with care.
Dry clean only is recommended unless otherwise stated.
Store your kaftan in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to preserve its color and fabric integrity.
